Minutes of the Meeting on 16OCT2016 approved without modification
Business
Andile Powsa opened the meeting.
Jah Lightning motioned to accept the vision statement:
Produce a festival in Ghana by 2020, adding festivals in South Africa and Mali by 2025. Tours of California State University campuses starting by 2030, with the acquisition of a historically popular resort on the largest natural lake in California, Konocti Resort, by 2035. First show to be held in New York, Spring 2017.
Motion carried.
Livingston Lewis motioned the bylaws be sent to Ghana auditor as written with a request for information from the bank about opening a home office in Ghana, as well as opening a branch of the corporation in Ghana with the home office remaining in New York.
Motion carried.
ManJal motioned to modify the mission statement:
Reggae industry consultants supporting the production of live shows that connect the world through loving and joyful music, while providing assistance to schools for blind children in The Gambia, Ghana, and Mali.
Motion carried.
Next meeting scheduled to begin on 30OCT2016 at 5:30PM EST
Meeting adjourned on 24OCT2016 at 3:36 AM EST by mutual agreement of everyone present.
